Whether you are Hand or Automatically inserting G3 will reduce your costs by improving your efficiencies because its always 100% on centre so fits with ease.

We have carried out all the standard performance tests comparing it with our existing product and it performs better or equal to the existing product.

G3 is packaged the same as our existing product but as we have been developing the product we have discovered for backing widths up to 5.1mm on 10 mm + pile heights we can reel the product on its side. The advantages to this are that it eliminates pile crushing as it is being reeled and there is also more metres/reel saving packaging and transport costs.

Pile Heights from 4.0mm to 25mm and Backing widths from 4.5mm to 12.7mm

Standard Pile Colours are Grey, Black White, Brown and Gold.
